Tze Yong loses to Asian Games champion in France

Shuttler Ng Tze Yong's impressive journey in the French Open ended in the men's singles semi-finals in Rennes on October 28. He faced a challenging opponent in the form of Asian Games champion Li Shifeng from China and was defeated with a score of 17-21, 12-21 in a match that lasted 47 minutes.
Before this tournament, Ng Tze Yong, who is ranked 18th in the world, had reached the final of a Super 500 event at the Arctic Open in Vantaa, Finland, just two weeks prior. Unfortunately, he lost to his compatriot Lee Zii Jia in that final.
In the Denmark Open held in Odense the previous week, he was eliminated in the second round by Lu Guangzu of China. Despite this recent setback, Ng Tze Yong's achievements in these international badminton tournaments reflect his talent and competitive spirit on the world stage.
